TERMS OF CONTEST

Terms and Conditions for Participation in the “3-DAY TRIP TO IOANNINA” Contest

1. The company under the name “REAL GREEK DAIRIES S.A.,” headquartered at 1st Kilometer Karditsa – Trikala, 431 00, tel. 2441 071501, hereinafter referred to as “the Company,” organizes a contest (hereinafter “Contest”) through the online store www.realgreekdairies.gr.

2. The Contest duration is set from 06/11/2024 to 31/12/2024.

3. All residents of Greece and abroad, aged 18 and over, are eligible to participate in the Contest. Employees of the Company, as well as their first- and second-degree relatives and spouses, are excluded from the draw.

4. No product purchase is required for entry into the Contest.

5. Each participant has the right to multiple entries. However, each participant can win only one prize. Those who register for the newsletter on the website www.realgreekdairies.gr by submitting their email through the special registration form at https://mailchi.mp/realgreekdairies/marathon-expo?utm_source=qr_code&utm_medium=qr&utm_campaign=opap_expo_sub_page are eligible for the draw.

6. (a) By participating in the Contest, each participant is informed that their personal data will be used by the Company, as the data controller, through automated or non-automated means for the purpose for which it is collected, namely the execution of the Contest. The Company may transfer the data to a third party (data processor) for the aforementioned processing on its behalf, in accordance with documented instructions. Personal data will be handled per current data protection legislation, and each participant retains all legal rights regarding their personal data processed by the Company or any third party, including (i) access, (ii) correction, (iii) partial or total deletion, (iv) restriction or opposition to processing, (v) data portability, (vi) withdrawal of consent where consent was provided, and (vii) the right to file a complaint with the Data Protection Authority if they believe their data processing is unlawful.

6. (b) Regarding the Contest winner, the Company declares, and the winner accepts, that the Company or its data processor will process the winner’s personal data collected from them in order to publish the Contest results and to complete the necessary actions for prize delivery as outlined in these terms.

7. The winner will be selected via a draw conducted by the Company on 11.01.2025 at its headquarters in the presence of the Company’s legal representatives.

8. The draw will select one (1) winner and four (4) alternates (in case the winner does not accept the prize or is disqualified due to violation of these terms). Winners will be notified via email, and their names will be posted on the Company’s Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/realgreekdairies) until 31.01.2025. The Company reserves the right to request identification documents from the winner, and if these documents do not confirm their identity, the prize will go to an alternate.

9. The one (1) Contest winner will receive:

– Travel expenses to Ioannina by a mode of transport selected by the Company.
– A 3-day hotel stay in Ioannina, with accommodations chosen by the Company, including half board.
– Participation costs in the annual half-marathon.

Four (4) alternate draws will then be held as follows:

– 2nd Draw: 1st alternate winner
– 3rd Draw: 2nd alternate winner
– 4th Draw: 3rd alternate winner
– 5th Draw: 4th alternate winner

10. Prizes are non-transferable.

11. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.

12. The winner must confirm their acceptance of the prize within seven (7) days of notification, i.e., by 18.01.2025. If the winner does not respond within this period or cannot accept the prize, it will be awarded to an alternate in the order drawn.

13. The Company reserves the right to unilaterally, without prior notice, modify, revoke, extend, or shorten the Contest, change the offered prize, modify participation terms and dates, cancel promotional actions, and amend these terms (including the duration). In such cases, the Company bears no liability toward participants or third parties. If the promotion is canceled, participants have no claim against the Company or the right to request continuation or compensation.

14. Participation in this Contest constitutes unconditional acceptance of the above terms.
