- 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree (you can use store-bought or homemade)
- 2 tablespoons sugar (or your preferred sweetener)
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
- ¼ teaspoon ground cloves
- ¼ teaspoon ground ginger (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- Whipped cream (optional for serving)
- Extra cinnamon for sprinkling
Instructions:
- Prepare 2 shots of espresso or ½ cup of strong coffee and set it aside.
- In a small saucepan, add the Zoe Family mixture, pumpkin puree, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger (if using).
