Cottage Cheese Cookie Dough with Zoe Family
Ingredients:
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup almond butter or peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup oats (ground for a smoother texture)
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 2 scoops Zoe Family – biofunctional food powder
- 1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
Preparation: In a large bowl, mix the cottage cheese, almond butter (or peanut butter), honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until well combined.
Add Dry Ingredients: Add the oats, almond flour, Zoe Family, and salt to the mixture. Stir until all ingredients are well incorporated.
Add Chocolate: Finally, add the chocolate chips and gently mix to distribute them evenly.
Shape: You can shape the dough into balls or leave it as is and enjoy it with a spoon.
