Triple Berry Protein Smoothie with Sheep and Goat Whey Protein
Ingredients:
- 1 cup mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup 2% yogurt
- 1 cup almond milk or any other plant-based milk
- 1 scoop (about 30g) goat and sheep whey protein
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Ice cubes
Instructions:
- Preparation of Ingredients: Wash the berries thoroughly and peel the banana.
- Mixing: Put all the ingredients into the blender: the berries, banana, yogurt, almond milk, goat and sheep whey protein, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and ice cubes.
- Blending: Blend the ingredients at high speed until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, you can add a bit more almond milk.
- Serving: Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately.
Tips:
You can use frozen berries instead of fresh ones for a colder smoothie.
Add chia seeds or flaxseeds for extra fiber and nutrients.
If you want more sweetness, you can add a few pitted dates before blending.
